Leverett's Chapel ISD would like to welcome Carrie Howard as the district's new Director of Finance and Student Services!
Mrs. Howard has a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership (San Angelo State University), Masters of Education in Counseling with LPC (Tarleton State University), and earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (Tarleton State University).
Mrs. Howard has two sons (Carter and Ryder) and is the wife of Dr. Drew Howard.

The Leverett's Chapel Spring Band Concert will be April 20th at 6:00PM. The concert will be held in the LC auditorium. All band students need to arrive at the band hall by 5:30PM. We will start with the 5th grade beginner band, followed by the 6th grade band, and finally the JH/HS band. We look forward to seeing you all there!

The band earned a First Division rating at UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Contest today! This is the first time in at least 20 years that this has happened! We are so proud of all of the hard work everyone has put into this contest.

The Leverett's Chapel JH/HS band will be participating at the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Contest, April 13th. The contest will be held at Troup HS. The LC band will perform on stage at 9:30AM. All band members need to wear their band polo to the contest! Good Luck LC Band!

SHAC has a meeting Monday 2/27/23 at 4:00 in the Elementary Building. SHAC is the school health advisory council. Our SHAC will have a presentation from Christy’s Safe Haven which teaches information on puberty, life-skills, and sexual health. Everyone is welcome to come. Dear LC Community,
Last night, February 21, 2023, the LC Board of Trustees unanimously voted to move to a four-day school week beginning in the 2023-2024 school year. LCISD would like to thank everyone that participated in the surveys and the community meeting. Your input and perspective were greatly valued and appreciated.
In the coming weeks, the LC staff and administration will finalize a school calendar for the Board’s final approval in March.
