Due to a major water leak at the school, LCISD will be dismissing students at 1:00 p.m. today. Buses will depart at approximately 1:07 p.m., and car pick-ups will begin at 12:40 p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the health and safety of our students are always our top priority.

If you are interested in volunteering for the LC Booster Club this year, we are having a meeting Tuesday, July 30th at 11:00 am in conference room across the hall from the auditorium. I hope to see you there.
As discussed at workouts the last week or two, VARSITY football will begin receiving their football equipment and required paperwork tomorrow from 11am - 1 pm. Players will get their helmet, girdle, practice jersey and pants, shoulder pads, knee pads, practice shirt and shorts with strap. Player will also pick a locker (first come), and make sure that they are set up in Hudl, sportsYou, and Classroom. This will be available on Monday-Wednesday. At no point, will anyone be allowed anywhere but the locker room until further notice. This is for floor refinishing and preparation of the school year. If you know of anyone that is participating, please make sure that they all are aware. We are also looking for some managers for the Varsity team. High school boys not in football, and JH football players that want to see Friday Night Lights, come see us at the same time and express your interest. We are looking forward to seeing you all!
