Attention LC Junior High Parents:
6th–8th Grade
Leverett’s Chapel Junior High will be introducing a new health curriculum to help meet the state-required Health TEKS.
While most of the lessons will be required, some lessons do require parent permission. We want parents to have the opportunity to learn more about the curriculum and see exactly what students will be learning.

During Parent Night, you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet the creator of the curriculum
- Learn more about the lessons and topics students will be covering
- Ask questions and learn how the curriculum will be used
- Look through the student workbooks yourself so you can see what your child will be learning
A translator will also be available.
We want parents to feel informed and comfortable with the curriculum being provided to their children. We hope you will join us!
