One of the greatest strengths of Leverett's Chapel ISD is the support we receive from our community. I want to publicly thank Jane Silvey and her team for everything they have done to support our students and families. I also want to thank the Overton New London Food Pantry and the Temple Foundation for making this opportunity possible.
Because of their generosity, an additional $2,000 in school supplies has been secured for Leverett's Chapel ISD. That means our students will have access to school supplies throughout the year whenever a need arises. This is one less burden for our families and one more way we can help every student be successful.
I am truly grateful for this partnership and for the people who continue to invest in our school. When a community comes together with a shared purpose, great things happen for kids.
