Today, we celebrate our incredible school nurse, Nurse Amy, on National School Nurse Day!Nurse Amy does an outstanding job taking care of the students and staff of Leverett’s Chapel ISD each day. From headaches and scraped knees to upset stomachs and overheated students after P.E., she is always there to help. Sometimes students just need a Band-Aid. Sometimes they need encouragement and reassurance to help them make it through the day. Nurse Amy always steps up to meet those needs with kindness and compassion.
In a small school, relationships matter. Our students know Nurse Amy cares about them, and that makes a difference. She helps create the safe and supportive environment we want for every child at LCISD.
Nurse Amy, thank you for being AWESOME and for all you do for our students, staff, and families. We appreciate you more than you know!
