Kilgore College Registration

Yesterday, seven of our Seniors traveled with RootEd Alliance for a focused day at Kilgore College, centered on preparing our seniors for the next step after graduation. Our students had the opportunity to meet with advisors in their chosen fields and take care of several important steps. They registered for fall classes. They confirmed financial aid. They received student IDs and parking permits. In addition, they were able to spend time on campus and share a meal together at the Ranger Cafe, provided by RootEd.

The day was productive and well-organized. Six of our seven students left with their fall schedules completed. One student is in a program that requires a different registration process; however, that will be finalized this week.

Bryan Cuellar - Commercial and Residential Electrical Technology

In addition, we appreciate the support of Walmart for their generous donation of gift cards to support Project Graduation. Their continued investment in our students and school community is valued.
