We are currently seeking a high-quality Kindergarten Teacher who is committed to building a strong academic foundation for our youngest learners. Kindergarten is where it all begins. It sets the tone for a child’s entire educational journey, and we take that responsibility seriously.

- $1,500 Above State Base Salary
- $750 Retention Stipend (paid at Christmas)
- $338 per month toward employee insurance

Leverett’s Chapel ISD has completed its application for the Teacher Incentive Allotment. Our local plan is eligible for payouts beginning August 2028. Based on this year’s average campus allotment, designated teachers would have received:
- Recognized: $7,463
- Exemplary: $14,926
- Master: $26,876
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid Texas teaching certificate in Core Subjects EC–6 or another appropriate elementary certification. A minimum of three years of classroom experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong instructional practices, effective classroom management, and a commitment to student success.
