Congratulations to our Baseball team! They won their first game yesterday against Sulphur Bluff, and will play again today @ 5PM. Come out and show your support.
Because of the massive amount of stickers on the field. Please make sure your child wears closed toe shoes that they can get wet. Also be sure to send an extra change of clothes and shoes if they will not be going home.
If your child has medication at the school, please pick it up by 12:00 on Tuesday 5/23. Any medication not picked up will be discarded. Thanks!
Leverett's Chapel ISD would like to welcome Mr. Wayne Borden as the district's new Secondary Principal.
Mr. Borden has a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership with a Principal Certification (University of Texas at Tyler), a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy (Stephen F. Austin State University), and earned an Associate of Arts (Kilgore College).
Mr. Borden has spent the last four years as an English Teacher and Head Boy's Soccer Coach at Sabine High School.
Mr. Borden's family includes his wife, Renee, and two sons, Darrin and Kanyon.

The board meeting for this afternoon has been rescheduled for next Monday, May 22 at 5:30PM.
The high school cheerleaders will be hosting a car wash in the Leverett's Chapel parking lot. They will be pre-selling tickets but will also accept cars the day of. Come show your support and bring your dirty cars for these hard working students. Please contact the Admin. office if you would like to buy tickets.

Last night the lions had their fist game against Miller Grove and came out with a victory. Final score was 10 - 9 in 8 innings. Best of luck to our lions as they play game 2 at 5pm this afternoon.
