Dear LC Community, Due to hazardous road conditions for many of our staff traveling into LC and predicted worsening weather, Leverett's Chapel will be closed Wednesday, February 1, 2023. The safety of our students and staff is our number one priority. Please be safe and stay warm. Go Lions!

Due to the forecasted below freezing weather conditions tonight, Leverett’s Chapel ISD will have a two hour delayed start for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 1st. Buses will run two hours later than normal, and classes will start at 10:00 am. We will continue to monitor the weather conditions and send out updates as needed. Please stay safe and warm!

SHAC has a meeting Monday 1/23/23 at 5:30 in the Board Room on the parking lot. SHAC is the school health advisory council. We will discuss our wellness goals, Teen Dating Violence, and vaping. Dear LC Community, This message is a reminder that on Friday, December 16, 2022, Leverett's Chapel ISD will have a 12:30 p.m. early release to commence Christmas Break.     Buses will run at approximately 12:36 p.m.    Students will return to school during regular school hours on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

The LC Christmas band concert will be Monday, December 12th starting at 6:00PM. This will be for grades 5-12th. We will begin with 5th grade band followed by 6th grade band and ending with JH/HS(7-12). Please have students to the band hall at 5:30PM. Thank you! 🎵🎵

Dear LC Community, I wanted to pass along next week's Football playoff information. Leakey vs Leverett's Chapel Friday, November 11, 2022, @ 5:00 p.m. The game will be played at the Holy Trinity Catholic School. Ticket Prices: $7 and $4 School Address: 6608 W. Adams Ave, Temple, TX 76502 If we have a modified school day on Friday, that will be announced next Monday.

LCISD will be having a late start tomorrow at 10:00 am. Busses will run at 8:45 am. There will be no breakfast served.

LCISD will be selling glow items in the cafeteria tomorrow for the Black Light Pep Rally!
